<Digital culture and spiritual communicative theory of 無法而法 (Mubup-yibup) expressed in sensibility language>

-Emptiness is everything, and everything is emptiness-

In the effort to seek where our contemporary oriental painting is located in the present ages, that is, its directivity and identify, the writer would consider the flow of fine art history such as realism or unrealism, around the Spiritual communicative theory (傳神論) that spirit exists in a painting.

 

To establish the value and identity of comtemporary fine arts as information and art instead of art and society in the present age, I became to study the contemporary directivity. The modern times is called a time of pluralism. The manifestation of various individualistic consciousness draws the flow of art, national or regional arts and the features of present ages combine to constitute one community, and theme and materials also became various according to the time.

 

The typical examples are the opening of digital age and the development of a computer. The phenomena which the nations integrated hereupon were pluralized have appeared and human spiritual activities and consciousness in its center are results caused by rapid speed. Those resulted have consequently brought the change of thought, consciousness and food, clothing and housing of human being, which bears the attainment of ultimate art-oriented aim. The expansion of environment of art, finally, is on the rise of the durability and identity of contemporary paining.

 

As the method to look for the identity of contemporary oriental painting, I am going to clarify it in Seok-do's Mubup-yibup thought and the method of contemporary identity focused on a sequence of the b-yu b-gong (Emptiness is everything, and everything is emptiness) in the spiritual communicative theory through the beauty of deviation and information. I hold my Doctor's treatise Exhibition in the method of using paper, pens, ink and coloring out of contemporary various materials or techniques. For overcoming the issue of identity of the contemporary oriental painting, I have started my treatise from the Ching dynasty in China and Lee dynasty in Korea suffering the change of oriental painting from the flow-in of western painting, being a turning-point in the modern paintings.

 

Dividing into and respectively comparing the relative and unrelative factors in the interpretative methodology with three oriental thoughts of Confucianism, Buddhism and Meditation and centering the modern interpretation of spiritual communicative theory around the middle and later period of Lee dynasty in Korea and Ching dynasty in China, I inquire about its raise in the present ages.

 

I have exerted in seeking for the rapid change of painting theory and style through Seok-do or Yang-ju-pal-kwoe in Ching dynasty in China and the issue of realistic and unrealistic spiritual communicative theory through actual-view picture in the later period of Lee dynasty in Korea. I selected the analysis-art methodology for the spiritual communicative theory of the state of the mind through Yu-sik theory, an oriental psychology of buddhism among three oriental thoughts to gain the result of analysis of sensitivity and recognition. Till now nobody has analyzed the issue of spiritual communicative theory through Yu sik theory of buddhism. I made an attempt to analyze works in connection with <accepted or unaccepted figure> in the state of recognition, Yu sik theory and the analysis and verification of treatise.

 

 

For the frame of category and remains of Confucianism culture, the issue of identify of man's (including woman) independent self in Korea and conflict-structure made in the society, figures of life getting along as a member of society and the conflict over the oppressed situation, heterogeneous-like and cannot be changed, I cry out in my small voice. .

 

<Exhibition for treatise research> connected with my works as the above, was on under the necessity for modern interpretation of spiritual communicative theory and the spiritual communicative theory shall be re-interpreted and newly recognized in our ideological root. . Against the unconscious conflict-social structure of the modern people who must adapt to the rapid information with living in the digital age of the difference and flow of ages, positively enlarge our thinking to coming preliminary situations and be familiar to globalization, I would like to find the solution of their return to the nature and recovery of humanity, the history of ideal society and the great historical duty of hope, in Contemporary oriental painting.
